About
Scott Coggins started working with Blue Moon Landscaping in 1996 where he handled design/installation of flower beds and containers, as well as detailed garden maintenance.
In 2000, he started Hoe Down Landscaping, now C.S. Coggins and Company, and specializes in irrigation. Scott has worked closely with many respected landscapers and gardeners in the Columbia area.
Prior to that Scott was a machine designer and drafter for a pressure sensitive tape manufacturer for 9 years. He left that industry to begin a career in landscaping and get out of the office environment.
